Warehouse Supervisor

📋 Description

• Achieve given team performance goals for Warehouse operations, including inventory management
• Oversee personnel, administration of warehouse operations, and inventory management functions
• Ensure 3PL provider has appropriate staffing levels, follows handling procedures, meets quality
• Maintain documented procedures for Receiving, Material Movement and Storage, Kitting, and Shipping
• Maintain data compliant with SOX and regulatory controls, including records for timeliness and
• Analyze and correct issues related to FG and NPI storage quantities and shipped material.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent applicable work experience.
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Manufacturing and/or RMA operations, preferably in large capital
• Proficient in the use of personal computers and SAP to perform daily work.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite and MRP systems; QAD and Agile experience preferred.
• Proven track record of being an effective Supervisor in a fast-paced manufacturing company.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Kanban systems, kitting, and other Lean material flow practices.
