Warehouse Supervisor

📋 Description

• Hire, train, develop, and motivate warehouse personnel to follow procedures, meet high level
• Make sure current processes are properly documented and drive process improvement and
• Ensure freezers, dry goods warehouse, and work area are maintained to 5S standards and FIFO is
• Continuously perform gap analysis on documents related to warehouse operations such as SOP, DOP
• Work with Inventory Control to analyze and correct issues related to storage quantities and
• Provide vision and direction to team and drive training to Lean Material flow practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum AA, BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in managing warehouse activities and material flow in a
• Significant computer experience including MS Office products and ERP systems, preferably SAP and
• Proven track record of being an effective people leader and leading/growing highly functional teams.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Kanban systems and other Lean material flow practices.
• Ability to provide positive direction by encouraging peers to have a commitment to high standards
