📋 Description

• Oversee and optimize performance of a Bird service center.
• Onboard, train, and lead Mechanics; assign tasks.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure high quality service.
• Ensure timely vehicle inspections, quality checks, and deployments.
• Manage inventory, tools, parts, and vehicle flow.
• Perform in-warehouse repairs and quick field fixes as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years warehouse management with direct people leadership.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Experience driving KPIs and lean/continuous improvement.
• Strong mechanics experience preferred.
• Quick learner with excellent time management and communication.
• Self-directed with strong teamwork and safety focus.
