Warehouse Supervisor - Days

📋 Description

• Lead warehouse ops, staffing, training, and scheduling to support production.
• Ensure SAP transactions learned within 30 days; maintain inventory via SAP.
• Drive safety, quality & GMP/food safety; enforce policies; work with Safety.
• Ensure smooth shift handoffs and daily end-of-day reports; liaise with other depts.
• Certify on all warehouse equipment within 60 days; train others.
• Oversee bill of ladings, pallets, inventory, on-time shipments; payroll.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of leadership experience; preferably in high-volume warehousing.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated environment, SQF or AIB audits.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, work instructions, and memos.
• Management of warehouse staff (hiring, training, developing, motivating, resolving issues).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• 5S/Lean experience a plus.
