• 4+ years of experience in direct people leadership role with proven ability to lead, coach and

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to drive daily execution and continuous
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including reporting, trend analysis, and
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
