• Manage operational processes such as timekeeping, attendance tracking, and reporting with a high
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and operational systems (e.g., workforce management
• Champion innovation by implementing new processes, encouraging feedback, and driving efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a direct people leadership role, with a proven ability to lead, coach
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse, fulfillment, or operational environment
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to drive daily execution and continuous
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including reporting, trend analysis, and
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
