• Operate production equipment in the facility.
• Coordinate with team to meet the production schedule.
• Maintain quality and cleanliness of the work area.
• A chieve proficiency with multiple production machines.
• Work independently and with others as required.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or state-recognized equivalent required.
• United States citizenship required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand throughout the day.
• Experience in furniture/cabinetry construction preferred.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Basic computer and digital communication proficiency.
