Warranty Coordinator

📋 Description

• Process, track, and manage homeowner warranty claims using Homebound’s proprietary technology
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding warranty questions, coverage, and
• Coordinate warranty repairs with trade partners, subcontractors, and internal construction teams
• Educate homeowners on warranty coverage, limitations, and maintenance responsibilities
• Review warranty issues for trends, root causes, and opportunities for process or quality improvement

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2-4 years in residential construction, warranty administration, customer service, or related field
• Experience with subcontractors and service scheduling strongly preferred
• Construction-related training or certifications are a plus
• Understanding of residential construction methods, systems, and materials
• Excellent customer service and clear, professional communication
