Water Practice Lead

📋 Description

• Build and grow Forgen's water market in TX and South-Central U.S.
• Develop and own the regional water sector pipeline with key clients
• Lead full pursuit lifecycle from RFQ/RFP to award
• Collaborate with estimating and operations to convert pursuits into awards
• Establish relationships with districts, USACE, FEMA, TWDB, and engineering firms
• Grow the Water Practice through talent development and industry engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, Construction Management, or related field
• 10+ years in water infrastructure with BD, pursuit, or leadership
• Established relationships with Texas water sector clients and firms
• Experience with design-build, CMAR, and progressive design-build
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally
