📋 Description

• Manage multi-year grant lifecycle for global partners
• Track performance against defined indicators and milestones
• Incorporate M&E findings to improve WASH programs
• Build trusted partner relationships across cultures
• Lead/mentor Water Programs staff and external consultants
• Travel up to 20% for field visits

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing a WASH funding portfolio or programs
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Proven ability to manage partnerships against a defined performance framework
• Experience engaging external technical resources
• Desire to manage and develop a team
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills
