Waterproofing Inspector

📋 Description

• Inspect all waterproofing materials upon delivery to verify product quality, expiry dates, and
• Verify that installation crews are properly trained and certified for waterproofing application and
• Monitor surface preparation to ensure substrates are properly cleaned, dry, and prepared in
• Inspect mixing and preparation procedures for waterproofing products, where applicable.
• Verify the correct installation and application methods for the specified waterproofing system.
• Check that waterproofing materials are installed to the specified thickness, coverage, and project

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant waterproofing inspection experience.
• Strong experience in substructure waterproofing works.
• Experience with TPO/FPO membrane waterproofing systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with Sika waterproofing systems and Henkel.
• Good knowledge of waterproofing installation methods, inspection procedures, testing, and quality
• Ability to identify defects and non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
