📋 Description

• Assist the IT Specialist in meeting IT requirements of corporate, Regional, and National offices.
• Aide the IT Specialist in maintenance of users’ IT accounts (Citrix, CIS).
• Reset passwords for users’ Windows, Citrix, and CIS accounts as needed.
• Assist in updating the ID badge computer.
• Maintain Job Corps Student Network Server and create user accounts for new students.
• Assist in installation of DOL-approved software on staff and students’ computers.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have HSD/HSE.
• Must have TABE score of at least 536 Reading and 537 Math.
• Must have completed at minimum 60% of Career Technical Training.
• Knowledge of computer science, computer repair and software.
• Ability to promote Career Success Standards (CSS) by modeling behaviors and mentoring students.
• Strong organizational skills.
