📋 Description

• Act as a consultant for clients in the financial services sector.
• Lead delivery of a large-scale KYC/AML review and remediation program.
• Initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
• Engage in Swiss banking and wealth management transformation projects.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and front-office stakeholders.
• Support Capco's risk, regulatory change and client advisory efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of compliance experience in banks or wealth managers.
• Experience reviewing KYC client files in private banking/wealth mgmt.
• Profound understanding of wealth structuring from client reviews.
• Strong service orientation with stakeholder management.
• Able to connect business and technology to drive remediation.
• Excellent English; German is a plus.
