📋 Description

• Own product strategy, discovery, prioritization, and execution for payments and RCM workflows
• Improve how healthcare practices request, collect, record, and reconcile patient payments
• Build workflows that connect payment activity with practice-management systems, patient ledgers
• Develop understanding of how practices reconcile transactions, settlements, refunds, adjustments
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and eliminate fragmented workflows
• Partner with customers and internal teams to understand front-office and back-office workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience building and shipping software products
• Product experience in healthcare payments, payment technology, Practice Management Software, EHR
• Strong understanding of complex operational workflows translating into product requirements
• Experience working with Engineering and Design to deliver technically complex products or
• Ability to understand APIs, data flows, system integrations, and dependencies
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to evaluate problems and measure results
