📋 Description

• Own design of website and landing pages seen by millions
• Craft conversion-focused flows that feel clear and trustworthy
• Collaborate with marketers, PMs, and engineers end-to-end
• Use AI tools to prototype ideas and generate variants at scale
• Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and improve outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as UI/UX designer
• Generalist with research, interaction design, and visual craft
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, product, developers, QA
• Use AI tools to speed exploration and generate variants
• HTML/CSS basics to prototype in browser with engineers
• Strong communication; present decisions and handle feedback
• Familiar with analytics and testing tools (Amplitude, Hotjar)
• Portfolio showing process, thinking, and outcomes
