📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress sites, themes, and plugins
• Build landing pages and campaigns with Marketing and Design
• Implement responsive, accessible front-end code (HTML, CSS, JS)
• Optimize performance, Core Web Vitals, and SEO
• Manage WordPress config, plugins, and security hardening
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs (CRM, analytics)
• Troubleshoot front-end and back-end issues
• Maintain clean, documented code and development standards
• Collaborate asynchronously with a remote-first team across Marketing, Design, Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years web dev with WordPress focus
• Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Build/custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Experience with WordPress VIP hosting and deployment
• Familiar with Elementor and Gutenberg
• Integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, performance, and SEO
• Git-based version control experience
