Web Engineer

📋 Description

• Maintain and scale the public-facing website monzo.com.
• Scale the site for international expansion.
• Build and maintain Monzo's frontend component library.
• Maintain our content management system (CMS).
• Own the end-to-end development of new features.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to scope frontend features.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building component-based JS apps using React, Vue or Angular.
• Proficient with TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiar with Webpack and frontend tooling.
• Passion for UX and accessible design.
• Comfortable working in large frontend codebases with many stakeholders.
• Ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams and iterative development.
