📋 Description

• Facilitate weekly SEO/AEO/CRO meetings and maintain web team standup agendas, notes, and action
• Attend internal engineering, AEO/SEO, and web meetings to capture requests and decisions for the
• Sit on agency calls and assist with roadmap, follow-ups, and action items

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as marketing program manager or similar, with exposure to web or digital
• B2B SaaS experience ideally
• Web and demand generation experience a plus
• Strong meeting facilitator who runs tight, productive sessions and leaves a clear paper trail
• Excellent written communicator, especially in status updates and stakeholder summaries
• Fluent with backlog and project tracking tools (Asana, Jira, or similar)
