Web Marketing Program Coordinator

📋 Description

• Facilitate weekly SEO/AEO/CRO meeting and keep web team standup mechanics tight: agendas, notes
• Assemble written web updates for cross-functional stakeholders
• Keep AEO/SEO and CRO backlogs current, mark items done, capture new requests, flag thin runway
• Follow up on action items across workstreams to avoid silent stalls
• Escalate blockers and route to appropriate owners
• Deliver weekly one-page status report to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as marketing program manager or similar with web/digital marketing exposure
• Web and demand generation experience a plus
• Strong meeting facilitator with tight productive sessions and clear paper trail
• Excellent written communication, especially in status updates and stakeholder summaries
• Fluent with backlog/project tracking tools (Asana, Jira, or similar)
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving follow-through without formal authority
