Web Marketing Program Coordinator

📋 Description

• Facilitate weekly SEO/AEO/CRO meetings and web team standups
• Maintain meeting agendas, notes, and action tracking
• Attend internal engineering, AEO/SEO, and web meetings; capture requests and decisions
• Participate in agency calls; assist with roadmap, follow-ups, and action items
• Assemble written web updates for cross-functional stakeholders
• Prioritize incoming work with workstream owners

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a marketing program manager or similar
• Exposure to web or digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Web and demand generation experience a plus
• Strong meeting facilitation skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Fluent with backlog and project tracking tools (Asana, Jira, or similar)
