Web Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Monitor website speed and performance; optimize assets for fast load times.
• Coordinate maintenance, updates, campaigns, and launches with teams.
• Support business validation and QA for new features and functions.
• Assist during critical site incidents; triage and post-mortem data collection.
• Assist with privacy, compliance and system administration; manage user access.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS, MIS preferred.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS; able to develop and troubleshoot components.
• At least 1 year of targeted relevant experience.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and CMS.
• Experience in incident resolution, project execution, and automation.
