📋 Description

• Build and maintain landing pages and core sites with WordPress/Elementor.
• Translate wireframes and Figma designs into pixel-perfect pages.
• Produce 50-200 new pages annually across use-cases.
• Collaborate with Creative, Copy, and SEO for brand and performance.
• Own CRO testing pipeline: A/B tests to improve conversions.
• Analyze site metrics and propose improvements using GA4/Hotjar/CRO tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7+ years owning web presences or CRO for a high-growth SaaS brand.
• Expert WordPress (Elementor) and Figma experience; strong visual design.
• Hands-on with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and heatmapping tools.
• Proven ability to improve metrics through structured experimentation.
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript for light customization and troubleshooting.
• Strong design eye; modern visuals, typography, and responsive layouts.
