Operate web presses on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm)
Maintain press cleanliness and perform daily/weekly maintenance and safety checks
Set up print units, delivery units, and ensure accurate printed materials
Quality inspections before, during, and after printing
Clean up and shut down at end of shift; communicate with internal teams

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3 years offset/web printing experience preferred
Ability to identify colors and imperfections
Proven track record in waste reduction and profit improvement
Excellent work habits and ability to work as part of a team
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs occasionally
