Web Press Operator I - 2nd shift

📋 Description

• Press Start-up Procedures: Daily/Weekly Maintenance and Safety checks.
• Machine operation: print unit setup, numbering unit setup, process unit setup, delivery unit setup
• Quality inspections: before print, while printing and after.
• Clean up and shut down procedures/End of shift activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and operation of press.
• Coordinate with internal agencies for required materials (ink, plate, paper, tape, etc.).

🎯 Requirements

• Must display excellent work habits willingness to be a team player.
• Minimum 3 years offset/web printing experience preferred.
• Must be able to identify colors and imperfections.
• Proven track record in waste reduction and profit improvement.
• Lifting requirements: 50 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. on occasion.
• High Mechanical Reasoning Expectations.
