📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end web development projects, including redesigns, CMS, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, UX/UI, and engineering to define requirements.
  • Manage WordPress CMS implementation and optimize content workflows.
  • Oversee design systems and component libraries, ensuring brand and accessibility.
  • Coordinate marketing stack deployments: GA, DataDog, HubSpot.
  • Monitor health with dashboards; report KPIs to executives.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in PM, CS, Digital Marketing, or related field, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years PM in web development; 3+ years leading 5+ devs/designers.
  • Hands-on experience with modern CMS implementations and optimization.
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, web optimization, APIs.
  • Experience with analytics platforms, CRMs, and marketing automation.
  • Design tools (Figma, Miro, Adobe) and UX/UI principles.
