Provide world-class service to physicians, nurses, admins, and field reps on Allergan aesthetics
Handle minor troubleshooting, site navigation, and account migrations to Direct and eCommerce
Assist onboarding/registration for the eCommerce platform with field reps.
Support ongoing eCommerce questions or issues for physicians and staff.
Act as liaison between customers and IT teams; communicate program benefits effectively.
Address technical support requests and document incidents with status updates.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma; ability to meet goals.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking/or organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to changing processes.
