🎯 Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in digital-asset regulatory compliance, financial-services
• Practical experience supporting a Web3 licensing or authorization process for a CASP, VASP, token
• Practical understanding of blockchain networks, cryptocurrency wallets, custody arrangements
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to corporate governance, operational risk
• Strong ability to interpret complex regulatory texts, map obligations to appropriate controls
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate stakeholders, gather supporting
