🎯 Requirements

Solid experience in product marketing with Web3, fintech or trading products
Experience with retail trading products or exchanges; understand order books
Track record leading product launches end-to-end with measurable results
Own positioning and execute GTM campaigns across channels
Strong grasp of crypto-native culture; X, Discord and Web3 platforms
Highly analytical; able to define and track growth, retention, adoption
