• Manage timelines, deliverables, priorities, and day-to-day coordination across multiple active
• Build and maintain project plans, task structures, dependencies, and status updates using ClickUp
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays before they affect delivery timelines.
• Proactively recommend solutions to address project risks and keep work moving.
• Ensure project deliverables remain aligned with scope and are ready for each stage of development.
• Collaborate with internal client leads to keep clients informed about project progress, timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing website or digital projects.
• Experience managing Webflow website builds from initial planning through successful launch.
• Experience coordinating website design, development, quality assurance, and launch workflows.
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong working knowledge of Webflow, including CMS collections, common frameworks, and
• Solid understanding of website structure and development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and
