Website Developer and Designer

📋 Description

• Improve and optimize the Double the Donation website to support lead generation and conversion
• Design, code, and launch high-performing landing pages for marketing campaigns, product education
• Execute end-to-end web development on WordPress, including building out pages, managing plugins
• Redesign, revamp, and develop existing website pages to improve clarity, usability, and conversion
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into fully functional, high-quality code and live WordPress
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaigns and messaging into effective web

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in both web design and WordPress development, ideally within
• Deep technical expertise in WordPress, including site architecture, custom themes, plugins, and
• Strong proficiency in front-end web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and
• Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
• Demonstrated success in previous roles, supported by a strong portfolio of websites you have both
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across
