🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years on high-traffic marketing websites; 2+ years leadership; B2B SaaS preferred.
• Experience managing multiple websites/markets in complex environments.
• HTML/CSS hands-on; read code and troubleshoot lightweight JS.
• WordPress expertise, multisite, CMS architecture, integrations, performance.
• AI in daily workflows; familiarity with ChatGPT/Claude and n8n/Make.
• Experience with CRO and A/B testing; analyze and act on results.
