Website Lead

📋 Description

• Own the website portfolio end to end, incl roadmap, setup, integrations, performance
• Lead in-house web team; manage sprint planning, reviews, and capacity.
• Establish delivery and release processes to ship changes quickly with quality.
• Manage external contractors/agencies: budgets, timelines, deliverables, priorities.
• Identify and implement AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and speed.
• Drive CRO across sites via analysis, A/B tests, and improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years on high-traffic marketing websites; 2+ years in a leadership role; B2B SaaS preferred.
• Experience managing multiple websites/markets in complex digital environments.
• HTML/CSS hands-on; read code; troubleshoot lightweight JS; contribute directly.
• Experience delivering website projects: sprint planning, releases, contractor management.
• Strong WordPress expertise, multisite, CMS architecture, integrations, perf optimization.
• A practical background in applying AI to workflows; familiarity with ChatGPT/Claude and automation
