Website & Lifecycle Marketing Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize website conversion performance
• Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys including onboarding, retention, and win-back
• Develop clear, differentiated positioning for each product line and maintain consistent messaging
• Plan, write, launch, and optimize lifecycle and marketing email campaigns
• Gather customer insights from sales calls and reviews to inform messaging and experiments
• Track and analyze conversion, revenue, and repeat purchase metrics

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in B2B or e-commerce marketing
• Hands-on ownership of website conversion optimization, messaging, lifecycle marketing, or email
• Ability to create effective copy and landing pages grounded in customer research
• Experience building and managing lifecycle or email marketing programs with measurable results
• Solid understanding of A/B testing principles including sample sizes and success metrics
• Proven ability to take initiatives from strategy through execution and optimization
