Website & Lifecycle Marketing Lead

📋 Description

• Own the structure, messaging, and conversion performance of the website and key product pages.
• Develop and execute A/B tests, collaborate with design and engineering teams, and implement
• Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, including onboarding, reorder triggers, retention
• Partner with the Head of Marketing to drive recurring revenue and customer lifetime value.
• Develop clear, differentiated positioning for each product line and customer segment, maintaining
• Plan, write, launch, and optimize lifecycle and marketing email campaigns that support customer

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in B2B or e-commerce marketing, with hands-on ownership of website
• Demonstrated ability to create effective copy and landing pages grounded in customer research
• Experience building and managing lifecycle or email marketing programs, with measurable results in
• Solid understanding of A/B testing principles, including sample sizes, primary success metrics, and
• Proven ability to take initiatives from strategy through execution, testing, launch, and
• Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and develop
