📋 Description

• Process daily client website requests via ticketing system (content updates, design changes)
• Apply WordPress changes including CSS/HTML, template edits, and PHP/JavaScript
• Perform self-QA across browsers/devices; test forms, links, menus, interactions
• Write client-facing update summaries for internal review before delivery
• Collaborate with developers and account managers to align on scope and priorities
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process/template improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Solid WordPress development with themes, plugins, child themes, and CPTs
• HTML5, CSS3, and working knowledge of PHP and JavaScript
• Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, Gutenberg, and customization beyond defaults
• Track record of managing multiple live client sites simultaneously
• Meticulous attention to detail with a self-QA mindset before every handoff
• Professional English, clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
