📋 Description

• Build and maintain landing pages and core site with WordPress and Elementor.
• Translate wireframes and Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive pages.
• Manage rapid page production (50–200 pages/year) across use cases and offers.
• Collaborate with Creative, Copy, and SEO for brand consistency and performance.
• Own CRO testing: run A/B tests to improve lead-to-deal conversions.
• Monitor site metrics and propose improvements (CPL, CVR, bounce).

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7+ years owning web presences or CRO for a high-growth SaaS/services brand.
• Expert WordPress (Elementor) and Figma; strong visual design skills.
• Hands-on GA4, Google Tag Manager, and heatmapping tools.
• Proven ability to drive metrics via structured experimentation.
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript for light customization.
• Design eye; modern typography and responsive layouts; end-to-end ownership.
