Website & SEO Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate designers, developers, copywriters, SEO specialists, and other cross-functional
• Allocate resources across new website builds, redesigns, and ongoing website updates while
• Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple website projects, ensuring milestones, deadlines
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, task structures, workflows, and documentation using
• Monitor project progress and team workflows while ensuring deliverables consistently meet
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate challenges with practical, solution-oriented

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, website management, digital marketing agency
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, particularly in highly client-facing
• Proven ability to manage multiple website projects, stakeholders, priorities, timelines, and
• Strong project and resource management capabilities, including capacity planning and
• Experience leading teams or coordinating designers, developers, copywriters, SEO professionals, or
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability.

🎁 Benefits

• $4,500 USD monthly salary, negotiable based on experience.
• Fully remote work arrangement within LATAM.
• Full-time independent contractor position.
• Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
• 2 weeks of paid time off annually.
