Wedding Concierge

📋 Description

• Host 30-minute consultations to personalize design choices and drive revenue.
• Use soft sales to ensure customer comfort; upsell/cross-sell as needed.
• Act as Minted brand ambassador and answer product/order questions.
• Document interactions in CRM and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain high-quality service and meet KPIs; take on additional duties as needed.
• Availability includes weekends/evenings; flexible hours.

• Strong sales orientation; guide customers through Minted offerings in a fast-paced environment.
• Personable, engaging; build relationships and upsell/cross-sell.
• Learn new procedures quickly; open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Technologically adept; familiarity with ecommerce; Salesforce or CRM a plus.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; 2+ years customer-facing experience; sales/concierge/account management preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
