Weekday Start of Care Registered Nurse, Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs.
• Make home visits in Anne Arundel County, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments per orders.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Document observations and interventions using a tablet EMR.
• Travel to cases as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Current MD RN license.
• Minimum 1 year recent medical/surgical clinical experience.
• Home care experience preferred, but not required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
