Weekend Admissions Registered Nurse, RN, Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Weekend RN role serving NE Ohio on a per-visit basis
• Schedule: Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Monday weekends
• Travel to client homes in designated territories
• Follow care plans and document care in EMR
• Perform meds, wound care, treatments per plan
• Case management and coordination of care

🎯 Requirements

• Active OH RN license
• 1+ year clinical medical/surgical experience
• Home care experience preferred, not required
• Graduate from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills; EMR
