Weekend Admissions Registered Nurse, RN, Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to clinical team
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments and coordinate case management

🎯 Requirements

• A current Ohio Registered Nurse license
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Home care experience preferred but not required
• Graduate from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills; Proficient with EMR systems
