Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse, Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• RN needed for home health visits on weekends (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday).
• Per-visit home health care for adult/geriatric clients in Chester County.
• Follow care plans, administer meds, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Travel to cases within designated geographic territories; document changes and orders.
• Utilize touch pad/tablet to document observations and evaluations.

🎯 Requirements

• Current PA Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program; ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal skills; solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
