🎯 Requirements

North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
Minimum one year of PT experience.
Experience with home health/OASIS documentation required.
Independent work ability; strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Ability to educate clients and document care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
