📋 Description

Weekend RN visits in home health, Start of Care/Admissions
Travel throughout the office coverage area
Provide skilled nursing and rehab care at patient homes
Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify changes
Triage and manage urgent clinical situations
Medication reconciliation, teaching, safety monitoring

🎯 Requirements

Current RN license in good standing in Arizona
Graduate from accredited nursing program
At least 1 year of adult/geriatric clinical experience
