Weekend Registered Nurse, (RN) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Per diem weekend RN for BAYADA Home Health serving Person, Caswell, and Orange counties.
• Follow care plans and perform home visits for adult/geriatric clients per designated territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Document doctors' orders, assessments, and care using EMR on a touch pad tablet.
• Home Health/OASIS documentation experience required; willing to cover all counties.

🎯 Requirements

• Active North Carolina RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma).
• Ability to work independently and manage time; strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• OASIS documentation experience required.
