Provide home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in Cabarrus and Stanly counties
Follow designated care plans, assess client needs, and document observations
Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures per plan
Case management and coordination with Clinical/Client Services Managers
Document orders and ensure proper documentation via EMR
Travel to assigned cases as needed

🎯 Requirements

Active North Carolina RN license
Minimum 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
Home care experience preferred
Graduation from accredited nursing program
Strong time management and interpersonal skills
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
