Follow a designated care plan per patient needs
Conduct home visits to clients in designated territories
Administer medications, wound care, and treatments

🎯 Requirements

Current MD Registered Nurse license
1 year of recent clinical (medical-surgical) exp
Home care experience preferred
Graduate from accredited nursing program
Ability to work independently and manage time
Strong interpersonal skills; solid computer/EMR skills
