📋 Description

Per Diem weekend start of care RN for home health visits
Locations: Cecil County, MD; visits in Forest Hill area
Shifts Saturdays and/or Sundays 8:30am-5pm
Focus on 1:1 patient care and flexible scheduling
Travel to designated geographic territories for visits

🎯 Requirements

Current MD Registered Nurse license
Minimum 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience
Home health experience preferred; not required
Medicare OASIS and HCHB experience preferred
Strong computer/EMR skills; ability to document on tablet
Ability to travel to cases as assigned
