• Welcome patients into enrollment and finalize documents.
• Explain policies and procedures; ensure compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service with empathy.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional customer service with empathy.
• Strong verbal and written communication; active listening.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Independent self-starter with strong time management.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Nice to have: 3+ years in homecare, hospital, or nonprofit.
