Perform at least two welding processes (FCAW, SMAW, GTAW, GMAW) as needed
Fit up and weld structures or pipe spools of mild steel, stainless, or aluminum
Communicate with management, engineering staff, and planners to improve efficiency
Perform fabrication math to derive dimensions and angles from drawings
Analyze drawings to plan welding when procedural information is unavailable
Work cooperatively to improve operations and reduce turnaround times

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
2+ years of welding experience in two processes: FCAW, SMAW, GTAW, or GMAW
5+ years of welding experience in one of FCAW, SMAW, GTAW, or GMAW
Knowledge of welding tools, materials, and safety precautions
Experience using overhead cranes and forklifts
Ability to work multiple shifts with minimal notice
